What is JCPC?
The Caswell County Juvenile Crime Prevention Council appointed by the Caswell County Board of Commissioners and works to raise awareness of the problems faced by young people, assist agencies in planning and coordinating work with young people, and encourage development of programs designed to prevent juvenile delinquency.
An important function of the council is to make recommendations to the commissioners regarding the allocation of NC Department of Public Safety funding for programs addressing and preventing juvenile delinquency.
